Communications Director of the ruling New Patriotic Party in the Upper West Region, Mr. Bukari Ali, has called party folks of the ruling New Patriotic Party in region to stop using vulgar language on one another through social media, adding that, those social media platforms are there for them to educate and share information among themselves.
“We have WhatsApp platforms that are meant for us to share information but we rather use them to insult one another which is so bad, we use them to insult our leaders, the platforms cannot settle our disputes, we can only use them to educate one another rather than abusing one another on the platforms” Mr. Ali advises.
He made this call at Wechiua in the Wa West district during the inauguration of the party’s youth wing on Saturday January 11, 2020.
Mr. Ali advises the youth to make good use of the social media platforms and ensure that people are attracted to the party adding that, folks of the party should not give more credence to rumours stressing that, one should always endeavour to enquire for the truth and stop spewing speculations and lies on air and on social media.

“If you heard of something you are not satisfied with contact the person and seek for clarifications but if you want to act base on speculations it results into misunderstandings and unnecessary quarrels”.
He said what is left on members of the party is to market the candidates of the party and the President for Ghanaians to vote the party into power indicating that, this year is the time for the NPP to take over the parliamentary seat of the Wa West constituency.
